Add a CSV file
Enter the product codes that you want to add to the cart in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Returns

PRODUCT RETURN

Currently, at the Tayma wholesale store, we accept returns of goods purchased for resale, but under the following conditions:

- The product is brand new and includes its original packaging,

- No more than 30 days have passed since the invoice date for the returned product (due to the seasonality of certain items),

- A handling fee of 15% of the product’s gross value is charged; this fee covers the cost of processing returned items (repackaging, assembling, redistributing in the warehouse, issuing a credit note, and adding funds to the balance),

- The refunded amount is credited to the customer's account balance for future purchases.
